Step-by-Step Guide to Farming

  1. Access the Farming Interface:

    Start by navigating to the SmarDex "Farming" panel from the menu

  2. Connect Your Wallet:

    Click on 'Connect Wallet'.
    Choose your preferred wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet) from the list and connect it to the platform.

  3. Fetch and Select the token pair you want to stake:

    Use search bar or the filters to find to token pair you want to farm.
    Click on the pair row to display more details and possible actions.

  4. Initiate your staking:

    Click on "Stake Liquidity" to open the form and initiate staking.

  5. Enter your amount:

    Enter your desired amount and pair tokens your want to stake.

  6. Switch chain and Approve the LP token smart contract:

    Depending on your selected pair, you may have to "Swich Chain" for the corresponding blockchain network. 

    For your first interaction with a new token, you have first to approve the connection between your wallet and the token’s smart contract to proceed securely. Click on 'Approve', set the spending limit, and confirm the approval on your wallet.

  7. Confirm the transaction:

    Click on "Confirm" and confirm the transaction on your wallet to execute the staking. Your staked LP tokens will now appear on the farming page.

What happens next ?

You can now "Harvest" your staking rewards anytime you want. You may also adjust your staked LP token amount by "Adding Staked" or "Unstaking" LP tokens
